Acceptance of contract:

Please note that your booking is only confirmed and blocked out on the said property once we have received signed booking forms, signed terms and conditions and deposit.

Damages

Please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, especially before check-out.

A security deposit of £200 is required and will be returned within 7-14 days of the end of your holiday, after the accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday less the cost of damage/breakages.

On the day of departure, make sure the property is free of garbage and has been left in a clean state.

Payment:

We require 25% of the total cost of the booking upon booking. If the deposit has not been received within 7 working days, the booking will be considered null and void and will be cancelled. The outstanding fee of the booking must be paid one month before the arrival date.

Any booking made within 6 weeks of arrival date will be considered a late booking and full payment will be required upon date of booking.

Cancellation:

Any booking cancelled before 6 weeks of the arrival date will be granted a 100% refund, however there will be an admin fee (30€) for cancellation.

Any booking which is cancelled within the 6-week period of arrival will mean the deposit will be non-refundable.

If a property becomes unavailable after booking for reasons out with our control, we will strive to offer a similar alternative and refund of any price difference.

Occupancy:

Please note that the property may not be occupied by anyone not included in the booking form and must not exceed the maximum numbers of occupancy for the property. Any bookings which have exceeded the maximum occupancy will be terminated.

Please not that we cannot accept group bookings from any individuals under 25 years of age.

Check in and Check out times:

Properties will be cleaned and available after 2pm and check out will be 10am on the day of departure. If an early check in is possible, we will try and accommodate this request.

Please note any late check in after 5pm is subject to a 49€ charge.

Furthermore, any late call outs made for lost keys/incidents of locking out will be susceptible to a call out fee of 49€

On the day of departure please ensure that the property is free from rubbish and has been left in a clean state. Bonds will be returned within 1 week of departure once the property has been checked for damage or extra cleaning costs.

Insurance:

The price for the booking does not include any insurance.

Cleaning and Linen:

For stays over a week and more, a change of bedding and towels per person will be left at the property for the client to change halfway through their stay.

Extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Please specify at time of booking.

Complaints:

We will deal with any complaints as efficiently and quickly as we can , therefore it is important that these are reported to our office as promptly as possible for us to be able to resolve any issues.

We cannot be held responsible for any complaint made after the booking date has finished.

Building works:

Please note we cannot be responsible for any building works that arise or work to swimming pools which is out of our control. We will try to resolve any issues if it is possible.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain to which both parties expressly submit.
