If you don’t permanently live in Spain or just have a holiday home that requires maintenance, we can make arrangements on your behalf with the maintenance company and supervise the work from start to finish. Also, if you wish to arrange your own maintenance company we can still supervise the work until it´s done. We also cover any emergency work that may occur. Contacts us for more information!
