Mojácar Homes & Villas offer a year-round package at a very competitive price with visible charges for any extras, so no surprises! You know exactly what your costs will be, and with your monthly account update you can easily keep a track of expenditure.
Alternatively, for owners who spend a few months at a time in their property and don´t want to commit to a full year we offer a short-term package, ensuring your home is cared for only during your absence. (There is a minimum term of one month for this option.)
