Alternatively, for owners who spend a few months at a time in their property and don´t want to commit to a full year we offer a short-term package, ensuring your home is cared for only during your absence. (There is a minimum term of one month for this option.)

If you don’t permanently live in Spain or just have a holiday home that requires maintenance, we can make arrangements on your behalf with the maintenance company and supervise the work from start to finish.
