Beautiful apartment in Pueblo Salinas, Vera. Ideal families and quiet vacations. The urbanization has three community pools, paddle and tennis courts, large natural spaces and is close to the beach. The apartment has three bedrooms and a living room/kitchen: 4 single beds, a double bed, a folding cot and a double sofa bed. Private parking with roof.
The pool would be open from May onwards. For Easter it will open if the weather conditions are good.
The space
The accommodation has three rooms. (1) Room with double bed, television and private bathroom with shower and toilet. (2) Room with two single beds and (3) room with single bed and pull-out bed for children. The second bathroom is shared and has a bathtub, toilet and bidet. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The living room also has a double sofa bed.
The main room and the living room have air conditioning.
Services and common areas:
The urbanization has a private entrance with security, an electric fence and cameras. Inside there are three community pools with large green areas with artificial rivers and occasionally ducks and other birds. The accommodation has a private covered car park almost at the entrance. There are no stairs.
