Fees
We charge a small registration fee of 475 Euros plus VAT at the beginning of our search. At this stage we will establish your requirements and start conducting the search on your behalf. Only when you have successfully exchanged contracts on the property, you will pay the remaining fee, which varies from 2% a 2.5% of the final purchase price, depending on the level of service you require (see below). Our minimum fee for completing the purchase is 4000 Euros plus VAT.
Level 1 - Full Services 2.5 %
*Personal profiling & Matching of locations
* Help with opening Spanish bank account
* Property search, inspection, presentation
* Procurement of mandatory NIE or tax ID numbers
* Introduction to pre-qualified lawyers/tax advisors
* Orientation visit - In person or Virtual (not including flights & hotels)
* Background checks, due diligence, in-house conveyancing
* Negotiation of terms, price & contract
* Advice on currency transfers/methods
****Accompaniment and translation at completion
Additional Services
* Registration with local town hall
* Identification and presentation of suitable schools
* Advice on car import and/or purchase
* Advice regarding state vs private healthcare
* Private healthcare quotes
* Introductions to recommended local builders and architects
* Bilingual interpreters for any related purpose
* Retirement advice
* Advice on bringing pets into the country
Level 2 - Retirement / Holiday Services 2%
