The apartment is located within a quiet and familiar urbanization, ideal for children. The urbanization has a large pool with ramp access, surrounded by grass. It has a shady part with trees. The urbanization also has a small swing area. Very close to El Playazo, the fine sand beach of almost 3 km in length. You can walk along its shore to the bordering towns of Villaricos and Garrucha, we are very picturesque. On this beach you will find all the necessary services, as well as a sailing school, sports areas and a multitude of beach bars and restaurants.

The Area
Shops, bars, restaurants, a water park and the blue flag awarded Vera Playa beach are all within a short distance. There are 2 supermarkets namely Consum or Mercadona also a 5 minute drive from the apartment. There are also four excellent golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
Also a great location for skiing at Sierra Nevada, approx 3 hours away by car .
