The space

A door leads from the lounge to a small corridor, also with a large picture window to enjoy the view, which in turn leads to the stairs down to the lower floor. From this corridor is a lovely sized double bedroom which has a large cupboard.
Another good sized bedroom can be found on the lower level, again with a fair sized, understairs cupboard, and that view again! Further along the corridor is a linen cupboard, followed by the main bathroom. Finished to a high standard, there is a very sizeable shower cubicle, a suspended toilet, vanity unit, tall cupboard and wall heater.

The Area

Situated in the middle of a National Park, where you will be surrounded by wild animals such as Wild Boar, Ibex, Eagles, Bee Eaters and many other types of birds, it is a perfect getaway for anyone who loves nature.
Located at the end of a tarmac road, the house is situated in a peaceful valley with just a handful of private dwellings scattered around. The picturesque village of Bedar is only 15 minutes drive away, where you will find local shops, bars and restaurants and a brand new mini market located next to the Miraflores Los Gallardos Camping site. The popular resort of Mojacar is a 40 minute drive away, with its blue flagged beaches, good selection of restaurants, bars and shops and large supermarkets.
