We can provide you with a pack that details all the documents etc that we would need from you. These include a copy of the title deeds, a copy of passport and NIE amongst others but we will help you to understand what is needed and if necessary, help to obtain any documents that you may not have

We charge a competitive 2% commission rate for exclusive properties (one of the lowest in the area) we charge 4% for joint agency properties

Yes, we can provide welcome packs for those guests are arriving a bit late and would like some essentials put into the property. We can tailor your welcome pack for you if you give us an indication of what you would like.

We work closely with several attractions in the area and can book tickets for you either before you arrive or whilst you are in resort. There isn’t much we can’t do for you!
Check-in is after 3pm and checkout is before 10am. In special circumstances we can try and accommodate an early check in or late check out, but this will be to our discretion. Please note late check ins after 6pm are liable for a 49€ fee
We are a 24-hour contact for you when you are in resort and we will provide you with instructions and directions to meet one of our representatives who will ensure you are settled into the property and comfortable. We will always be there for you to deal with any problems
You will be provided with enough linen for your stay. Please note our towels must not be taken to the beach. If you require beach towels, these can be hired out to you for 5€ per towel
Yes, we can organise shuttle bus transfers for our clients through our partners Exclusive Holiday Shuttles. Please let us know your requirements upon booking
